Hands on experience in technical hiring
posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting initial screening, scheduling interviews and updating MIS. manage stake holders individually
Initially it will be remote working. But should be willing to relocate / work from the chennai office when the pandemic situation settles down.
- 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Excellent MIS skills – MS Excel, PPT etc.
- Thorough understanding with the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Good communication (Verbal & Written) and interpersonal skills
- An eye for details, results driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations.
- Should be able to manage multiple recruitment positions
- Experience in using Job portals
