Summary of Experience

  • Prioritizes Recruitment SLA’s based on Resource-Request’s raised by competency heads of different Captive Customer Accounts of Business Unit.
  • Customize Job Description & Diversity Opportunities by interacting with the technical hiring managers.
  • Creates Market Analysis about Resource Availabilities Across Locations, Notice Period & Salary Range, Target Companies, Competitors, challenges involved in hiring & Action Plan to the IBU Leader.
  • Sourcing Profiles through Job Portals such as Naukri, Monster, Employee Referral, and Social Networking such as LinkedIn, Facebook etc.,
  • Preliminary Screening of Profiles is based on the requisitions in the JD & Coordinates with the technical hiring managers for Scheduling Interviews through Microsoft Teams/Zoom/telephonic/Skype/ face to face.
  • Experienced in Volume/Mass Hiring and Niche Skill Hiring
  • Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent MIS skills – ability to interpret, Analyse, Preparing hiring reports, and handle hiring data effectively with using Power point, MS excel etc.

  • Expertise in talent sourcing using Job Posting, Mass Mailing, Boolean & Google X-ray Searches
  • Handle staffing like Permanent In-house requirements as well as Contract, Contract-To-Hire and Deputation to Client Premises.
  • Handle Walk-In-Drives/ Virtual drives & virtual test for technically experienced talents & Campus Hiring for fresher.
  • Handle Mass Hiring / Volume Hiring, Lateral Hiring, Super Niche Skills Hiring, Head Hunting across various domains and technologies.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding Hiring Goals & Deadlines with high HIT Ratio in short Turnaround Time.
  • Maintain consistency on Offer: Join Conversion Ratio to be high on individual closures.
  • Build strong Active / Passive candidates Profile Database with Backup Pipeline of talent pool.
  • Thorough understanding with the entire recruitment lifecycle
