Practice Head- Oracle EBS/Fusion

 

  • 20+ years of experience managing EBS Oracle Cloud practice
  • Strong experience of managing large EBS transformation projects
  • Should have managed large teams of 500+ resources
  • Must have a strong understanding of EBS module and methodologies
  • Should have experience of working for US and European clients
  • Must have handled large scale upgrades, implementation and roll outs
  • Good understanding of quality practices
  • Well versed with resource management process
  • Should have handled onsite/offshore based models
  • Good understanding of proposals, estimations etc
  • Should have strong pre-sales background
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills
Key Responsibilities

Heading the Practice Delivery charter servicing to all the 4 SMUs.

  • Accountable for the Revenue, Customer Satisfaction, Margin and Quality of Delivery.
  • Carry growth numbers for the Unit & drive the team to deliver.
  • Thought Leadership around Data & Analytics and Business insights.
