Notice Period: Should join in 3-4 weeks
- Minimum 4+ years of HCM experience.
- In depth knowledge across the Fusion HCM product line including Payroll, Absence and Time & Labor
- Excellent knowledge of designing and configuring of the Oracle UK Payroll solutions including; payroll elements, fast formula, pension schemes, absence schemes.
- Excellent knowledge of UK payroll legislative requirements including; PAYE and NI, Pensions Automatic Enrolment, Salary Sacrifice, statutory absence payments and RTI.
- Knowledge of the following functional areas; Core HR, Absence Management and Self Service.
- Minimum 2 Full lifecycle implementation experience in Oracle cloud Payroll project.
- Full project life-cycle experience (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, deployment) of Oracle Payroll and associated modules.
- Hands-on configuration experience in an Oracle Cloud Payroll module for UK region
- Should have good communication skills and have experience in liaising with the client.
- Should be ready to work late night IST hours to have 3-4 hours of overlap with PST based stakeholders.
