Job Description:
As a Management Trainee in Software Development/ Management or leadership/ Customer facing roles, you will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of software development, project management, and leadership skills. This program aims to groom and develop talented individuals with the potential to become future leaders within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Rotational Assignments: Engage in rotational assignments across different teams or departments within the software development division, gaining exposure to various software development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
Collaborative Projects: Work on real-world software development projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, quality assurance professionals, and product managers.
Hands-on Development: Participate in software development activities, including coding, debugging, testing, and documentation, under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Project Management: Gain exposure to project management practices, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, and contribute to the successful delivery of software projects.
Continuous Learning: Proactively seek opportunities for learning and skill development, staying updated with the latest software development trends, tools, and technologies.
Mentoring and Guidance: Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals within the organization, who will provide support and help in your professional development.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Any engineering graduate with minimum 80 % of aggregate score throughout the academic career. ( Class 10, 10+2 and Engineering)
- Students graduating between the years 2021 – 2023
- Strong understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
- Proficient in any programming languages such as Python, Oracle, Java
- Ability to understand the requirements of the client’s business.
- Ability to interpret data and information into high-performance solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for technology and software development.
