- Expected to develop/modify and support the functional configuration.
- Debug, Fix , enhance the existing process
- Provide functional solution for any requirement/issues.
- Provide Usual Prod Support.

Work Experience: 5+ years relevant.

Technical Expertise
Must Have Skills:
- Good knowledge in SCM modules. INV,OM, QP, PO is mandatory.
- Should have worked in different phases of implementation projects (Requirement gathering to production deployment)
- Experience in Production Support, Ticketing Tools, SLAs and working with oracle support.
- Good communication and Documentation skills are required.
- Willing to work in shifts and should be okay for travel.
Good To Have Skills:
- Development life Cycle (Dev, UAT & PROD migration) experience
- Release Management, Prod Support process, Ticketing Tool & Documentation.
